Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

This coverage protects your order in the event it is:

• Lost during delivery
• Damaged in transit
• Pictures are required

If you purchase shipping protection, we will replace or resend your order if one of the above issues occurs.

If you do not purchase shipping protection, Elevated Wings is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
