Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless shipping protection was purchased and a valid claim is approved.
If your protected order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll replace your item promptly.
Ready-to-Ship Cups — Final Sale All ready-to-ship cups are sold as-is and are final sale. These items are made specifically for live sales and promotional/advertising purposes. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted on ready-to-ship cups under any circumstances.

If you did not purchase protection, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If international, does not apply to your country the shipping protection is not valid.
